My story
My name is Joshua McNamara, a real estate entrepreneur, developer and investor based in Santa Pola, Spain.
My journey began with the purchase and renovation of my first home. That experience showed me that successful real estate is about more than buying and selling property. It requires vision, careful analysis, strong execution and a clear understanding of what creates lasting value.
Today, I work as an independent real estate advisor with iad España, helping property owners position, present and sell their homes effectively. I combine local market knowledge with professional marketing, data-driven pricing and personal guidance throughout the entire sales process.
Alongside residential sales, I identify and develop property opportunities for private investors. From acquisition and feasibility analysis to renovation, development and portfolio optimisation, I focus on projects with a clear strategy, controlled risk and realistic return potential.
With experience across Spain, the Netherlands and international markets, I approach every property from both a commercial and an investment perspective. This allows me to see not only what a property is today, but also what it could become.
