Yes. You will need an NIE number and a Spanish bank account; we help you get started.
Do I need to be at the notary?
Not necessarily. Completion can also take place through a power of attorney (poder notarial).
Can I get a mortgage as a non-resident?
Spanish banks also lend to non-residents, usually at a lower loan-to-value. We can put you in touch with an adviser.
Can I view properties remotely?
Yes, we also do video viewings, so you only travel for the homes that really matter.
